Deleting your own account

Email delete@azhni.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request with your school administrator and remove the login within 30 days.

Deleting a child's records

Student records belong to the school. A parent or guardian should ask the school administrator, who can remove the student from the workspace. If the school does not act, write to delete@azhni.app and we will contact the school on your behalf.

What is deleted

• Profile, login and language preferences.
• Attendance, homework completion, feedback and reflections tied to the student.
• Parent–student links.

What is retained

Audit log entries are retained in a reduced form (action, timestamp, actor identifier) for up to 12 months for security and dispute resolution, and statutory attendance registers are kept where Indian education regulations require it.

Whole school removal

A school administrator may request full workspace export and deletion. Exports are provided as CSV; deletion completes within 30 days of the export being confirmed.
