Terms of Service

1. Accounts and roles

Access is granted by a school administrator. Each account carries a role — administrator, teacher, parent or student — that determines what it can see and do inside that school.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not share your login. Attendance and homework records are attributed to the account that made them.
• Do not post content that identifies or shames a student publicly.
• Do not attempt to access another school's workspace.

3. School responsibilities

The school is responsible for the accuracy of its student records, for obtaining parental consent where required, and for removing staff access when employment ends.

4. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is basis during the MVP period. No uptime guarantee applies until a written service agreement is signed.

5. Termination

A school may stop using Azhni at any time and request export or deletion of its workspace.
